Anti-spam policy

Informerzentrale operates a zero-tolerance spam policy. Any customer who uses Informerzentrale for spam is immediately excluded from using the service. If you become aware of or suspect any violation, please inform us immediately at abuse@light-house-traffic.com.

Informerzentrale's commitment

• Informerzentrale does NOT send unsolicited e-mail (UCE/spam).
• Informerzentrale does NOT knowingly do business with companies that take part in sending UCE/spam.
• Informerzentrale does NOT sell or exchange personal information from our opt-in lists.

What is spam?

Spam is unsolicited e-mail, also known as UCE (unsolicited commercial e-mail). An e-mail is spam if:

• the recipient's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message applies equally to many other potential recipients;
• the recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit and still revocable permission for it to be sent;
• sending and receiving the message appears to the recipient to give a disproportionate benefit to the sender.

What is an existing business relationship?

The recipient of your e-mail has made a purchase, requested information, responded to a questionnaire or survey, or contacted you offline.

What is consent?

The recipient of your e-mail has been clearly and fully informed about the collection and use of their e-mail address and has consented prior to that collection and use. This is often referred to as informed consent.
